9v9 - Scoring System

posted by b0nes @ 04:39 PM BST I think there maybe some confusion on how points are awarded, I will try and clear this up.
• 5cp and koth maps: teams get 2 points for map win and 1 point for map tie, a further 1 point is split between clans from a ratio of the total caps over the map
• pl & avd maps: teams who win over 2 rounds will get 6pts, teams who win over 3 rounds will get 4.5 with the loser getting 1.5

9v9 - Cash Prize For Div 1

posted by b0nes @ 01:05 PM BST We have secured a little funding and can now offer the winner of div1 €225. This im sure will add further intensive for teams to do their very best. All other div winners will still get 20 man servers.

9v9 - Rules Change - Golden Caps

posted by b0nes @ 10:54 AM BST Unlike previously stated golden caps on 5cp maps will no longer happen. If the result is a tie after the 30 mins then submit it as such and the points will be split.

6v6 - End of Season

posted by b0nes @ 06:46 PM BST Congratulations to all the winners in the divs. Its been a decent season with only a couple of divs being affected by drops.

The playoff's are up for divs 4,5 and 6 to decide who wins the servers, if those teams can get the games played and report the winner to an admin.

6v6 may return to wireplay at some point over the summer, watch this space.

9v9 - Highlander Season 10 Starts Now!

posted by b0nes @ 09:30 AM BST The fixtures have been generated and its time to start. All week 1 fixtures must be sorted by Sunday night or you will be given a default date. That applies to the Sunday night at the beginning of each week.

We are still accepting teams on to the waiting list, so if your team wants to join then please get in contact with an admin.

Its important clan leaders and members alike set their correct timezone. You can arrange your games in cet but when adding to site use your local time. Make sure its set correct in Control Panel > Edit Site Profile. The time you have set can be seen on the top right of site, if you don't change it then default is BST (uk time).

The server cfg can be found here. This was updated today so please overwrite any you had downloaded before.

Please make sure you read rule 14 to understand how to submit scores to the site.

9v9 - Provisional Divs & Maps

posted by b0nes @ 10:01 AM BST Here are the provisional divisions. If there are errors with your or any teams placement then please message me directly here asap.

We actually have one less div than last season which is a shame. The result is skills of div1-6 doesn't really apply. It is however still worked out as fair as possible with like skilled teams in the same divs.

If your team applied but isn't on list then you have been placed on the waiting list as you didn't have 9 members in time. We are still accepting teams onto the waiting list so keep applying to join league.

Fixtures will be run on Monday/Tuesday.

9v9 - Highlander Signups Almost Over

posted by b0nes @ 07:11 PM BST Teams need to be registered with 9 members by the end of Friday to ensure they get a spot in season 10. After that teams who join will be added to the waiting list.
